1- Delivery - Transport

1.1 – Transport :

The products must be delivered to the address you indicated when entering the information during the order. This is why Yuki advises you to ensure the accuracy of the information you may have provided for the delivery of your order. If you have entered an incorrect address when placing your order, the shipping service provider will be unable to make the delivery and the product will automatically be returned to Yuki. If you decide to make a new delivery, it is your responsibility, you have to contact us and the delivery will be at your charge. If you want to cancel your order, you will be refunded by a bank transfer, the shipping costs are not refunded. The refund period by Yuki is a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The delivery is done by a provider specialized in the transport.

-Express:
Free delivery from 40 € of purchase VAT incl.

1.4 – Delivery rate :

Delivery prices are calculated based on the weight, quantity and nature of the goods or products to ship.



1-5 – Delivery time :

Periods generally noted, except exceptional period.
The delivery times following the validation and preparation of an Order, are as follows, as an indication, working days:

-Japan Post : from 12 to 15 days.

-Express :

During periods of big sales (Christmas ...) preparation times on average 24h to 48h working day can be exceptionally lengthened. The advertised shipping times are the shipping processing times plus the shipping time.

Yuki undertakes to deliver the goods within a maximum of 30 days after validation of the order.

If the deadline is not respected for any reason, you can start the following procedure:



-Step 1: You must contact Yuki, by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to note the delay and set a new reasonable deadline for delivery.

-Step 2: If the new deadline that you have set is exceeded, you will be entitled to request the termination of the contract by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The contract will be considered terminated on the date of receipt of the letter or email of termination of the contract, unless the delivery has occurred in the meantime.

1.6- Transport

You become responsible for the products upon receipt. It is important to check your parcels in the presence of the deliveryman.
